       High temperature resistant bearings: The first and most important thing is to withstand high temperatures. There are many types of high temperature resistant bearings. Different types of bearings can be installed according to different needs and different environments.
       Category
       High temperature resistant bearings can be divided into: ordinary structure high temperature resistant bearings and special structure high temperature resistant bearings from the perspective of structural technology.

       Use environment
       High temperature bearings are widely used in high temperature working machinery such as metallurgy, kilns, glass, blast furnaces, and paint spraying equipment.

       There is a difference in the model of high temperature resistant bearings and ordinary bearings. Generally, there are two situations:
       1. The bearing parts are made of bearing steel and subjected to high-temperature tempering treatment. Their suffix codes shall comply with the provisions of JB/T2974 (the parts are subjected to high-temperature tempering treatment, and the working temperature can reach 150C°, and their suffix code is /S0; the parts are subjected to high-temperature tempering treatment, and the working temperature can reach 200°C, and their suffix code is /S1; the parts are subjected to high-temperature tempering treatment, and the working temperature can reach 250°C, and their suffix code is /S2; the parts are subjected to high-temperature tempering treatment, and the working temperature can reach 300°C, and their suffix code is /S3; the parts are subjected to high-temperature tempering treatment, and the working temperature can reach 350°C, and their suffix code is /S4).
       2. The bearing parts are made of heat-resistant steel, and their suffix codes are in accordance with the provisions of JB/T2974 (the material is Cr4Mo4V, and its suffix code is /HN; the material is Cr14Mo4, and its suffix code is /HN1; the material is Cr15Mo4V, and its suffix code is /HN2; the material is W18Cr4V, and its suffix code is /HN3).

       What materials
       are used for high-temperature resistant bearings? Heat-resistant bearing steel, also called high-temperature bearing steel. This steel has sufficiently high high-temperature hardness, high-temperature wear resistance, high-temperature contact fatigue strength, oxidation resistance and high-temperature dimensional stability. 

       The high-temperature bearing steel currently used mainly includes the following three categories:
       (1) Cr4Mo4V (M50) steel is a heat-resistant bearing steel with excellent performance. It has high hardness and fatigue life at high temperatures. It is mainly used in aircraft engines and can work for a long time below 315°C and for a short time at 430°C.
       (2) Cr15Mo4 steel has high hardness and corrosion resistance in the range of 260-280°C and can be used to manufacture corrosion-resistant bearings that work below 480°C, such as for jet engines and missiles.
       (3) 12Cr2Ni3Mo5 (M315) is a widely used high-temperature carburized bearing steel. It is suitable for working below 430°C and can be used to manufacture high-temperature bearings with complex shapes and impact resistance.
