YRT turntable bearing is a commonly used high-precision bearing. From its name, we can know that it is a professional bearing designed for turntables. At the same time, it is also widely used in high-precision equipment such as medical equipment, CNC machine tools and even precision radars. Therefore, the turntable bearing must be kept in good condition and performance at all times, and maintenance and repair are required to prevent accidents before they happen, ensure the reliability of operation, and improve productivity and economy. It is best to maintain the operating standards corresponding to the mechanical operating conditions and conduct regular inspections.

According to the load acting on the turntable bearing, the load borne by the ring can be divided into three types: fixed load, rotating load and back and forth shaking load.

1. Fixed load The combined radial load is borne by the ring raceway and transmitted to the corresponding part of the shaft or housing surface. This load is called fixed bearing load. The unique feature of fixed load is that the combined radial load is relatively stationary with the ring. The ring that bears the fixed load can generally be loose.

2. The effect of the reverse load is that the composite radial load vector on the bearing ring rotates along the circumference of the raceway, and is borne by various parts of the raceway in turn, and is transferred to various parts of the shaft housing hole surface accordingly. This load is called a reverse load, also called a cyclic load.

3. The composite radial load vector acting on the bearing ring swings back and forth relatively within a certain range of the ring raceway, is borne by a certain range of the raceway, and is transmitted to a certain range of the shaft or housing hole surface, or the load acting on the bearing is an impact load or an oscillating load, and its load direction or number often changes. This load is called a back and forth swing load, also called a non-directional load. When the bearing bears a back and forth swing load, especially when it bears a heavy load, both the inner and outer rings should be considered appropriate and use interference fit. When the inner ring swings back and forth, the inner ring is generally considered appropriate and the reverse load is used.
